Coming from a family of teachers, Emma’s passion and experience of teaching Juniors spans over two decades. Reading Theology with QTS at the University of Surrey, Roehampton, Emma started her career teaching Years 3 – 6 and progressed to leadership roles such as Academic Lead, Key Stage Pastoral Lead, Assistant Head Teaching and Learning and Prep Deputy Head.
Emma has enjoyed the privilege of working in various schools in Hampshire, Surrey, Suffolk, Greater Manchester and Lancashire, including two all-through 4 – 18 independent schools, joining Crosfields with considerable breadth of academic and pastoral expertise. She has a particular interest in curriculum design to facilitate each child’s individual progression of both knowledge and 21st century skills.
